The PVE30 pneumatic elevator is the smallest elevator on the market. It has an external diameter of 750 mm, which allows it to be installed in practically any space. With capacity for one person (159kg maximum weight), this small elevator has been specially designed to be installed in places where it would be impossible to consider another traditional home elevator.

Available in up to five stops, the PVE30 model is the smallest elevator of our three models, being perfect for houses, single-family homes, chalets, duplex apartments, boats, commercial premises, or any other place where space utilization is a priority, such as in reduced stairwells. If you are looking for a small elevator, the PVE30 model is the ideal option, as for its installation only a free diameter of 810 mm is necessary.

PVE combines design and functionality in its pneumatic elevators. PVE30 is the only elevator for homes residential applications that is installed directly on the floor, as it does not require a pit or machine room. The installation of the PVE30 usually does not take more than two days.

Installation requirements

  1. The minimum height required on the upper floor is 2.70 m for head format and 2.45m for split format. Consult formats
  2. The diameter of the perforation in the slab, if necessary, would be 810mm.
  3. The ground floor, where the cylinder rests, must be perfectly level.
  4. In the case of installing a 3 or 5-stop elevator, the circular perforations in the slabs must be perfectly aligned.
  5. 220-230V single-phase electrical power must be available through an independent line with grounding, a 20A thermomagnetic switch, and cables of corresponding section, for the exclusive use of the elevator. Alternatively, 380V three-phase electrical power through an independent line with grounding, a 16A thermomagnetic switch, and cables of corresponding section, for the exclusive use of the elevator. The electrical point should be close to the vacuum motor.
  6. 220-230V (without exception). If the electrical installation does not guarantee a stable current, the installation of a voltage regulator or transformer is recommended. Damage caused due to voltage fluctuations is not covered by the warranty.
  7. Telephone connection. GSM line possibility.
  8. For environments with reduced spaces, it is advisable to install the split format.
  9. There must be access that allows the passage of cylinders of 810 mm in diameter and 2340 mm in length to the place planned for its installation. This access can be through doors, windows, skylights, etc.
  10. The installation must allow for an anchor point to support minimum 500 kg in the ceiling of the place where the elevator is installed to lift its cylinders. The available height on the top floor must be at least 2700 mm.
  11. When a circular perforation in the slab is necessary for the elevator installation, there must be a circular opening of at least 810mm.
